Kris literally threw himself at the ground, head banging from the earlier impact. His heart racing, breathing rate on a high, blood pumping at speed around his body. He wanted to feel angry at her, he thought that would make everything better, but it just made it worse. He touched his wound and twitched at the pain. He sighed and dug his feet into the damp ground. Why do I feel the way that I do? I know I can't...I can't. It would be wrong. So so so wrong.
