I know I have you. Nikki giggled. How long do you think we will last before adding a second kid to the brood after this one. Nikki giggled blushing slightly.

Tom chuckled at her forward thinking. Not long really, I don't think. He shrugged not really knowing how long to leave between babies. A year or so I guess.

Nikki sighed. I want to have time to get use to being a mum. I think it should be so that we have the second kid when this ones two or three so life isnt to hectic. Nikki muttered.

Tom looked at her. If that's what you want, that's what we'll do. He smiled, his only wish was to make her happy and if that was going to make her happy then so be it, he'd wait as long as she wanted to.

Stop saying that. Nikki muttered putting her hands on her hips, I want to know what you want so don't keep saying everything will be done how I want. I wat to do something how you want. Nikki stated looking down at Tom.

Tom chuckled at her. But it's your body, it's all about when your ready for the next baby to be honest. I don't go through all the crap do I. He looked up at her.

I know that silly, I mean in general you always go where I wanna go, do what I wanna do. Never what you would do. Nikki sighed wriggling off of Tom and kneeling down she dragged Tom's legs off of the bench and sat down beside him. She stared vacantly out over the park and saw the children's play area she grinned slightly and sat back into the chair.

Tom watched her for a moment. Because I want you to be happy, I'm happy doing what you want to do. He sighed as he rested his head on his hands and his arms on his legs. I don't want to end up like my parents were before my dad died.

You ever realise that maybe I will be happy doing what you want to do. Nikki muttered hugging him closely. Do you want to talk about your parents or not. Nikki asked him kindly hoping he would open up to her.

Tom shrugged. I guess so, but we do have so much in common anyway. He turned to look at her. Well the last few years before dad died, they hardly spoke, and when they did speak they were argueing. Mum always said that they didn't do anything and dad would say because he's always working to keep the family running and. Tom sighed as he thought about it. They just never got on towards the end, and I just don't want to be like that.

We wont be. Promise. Nikki muttered kissing Tom's forehead. Nikki cuddled Tom close to her again. Everything will be fine, we will have our beautiful child and we will have each other. Nikki muttered looking at the floor her mind beginning to wander as she knew deep down she would probably have to get a job to afford to have the baby.

Tom smiled at her. I know, it's just it's always going to be there, the fear like. He placed his arms around her and held her tight. He watched her as she looked at the floor. What's on your mind. He asked her shuffling up close to her.

See, you know when I'm thinking about stuff. We understand each other. Nikki muttered. And what I was thinking about was the fact I will probably need to get a part time or temporary job to afford stuff for the little one... even though we can alays raid the attic at the house see whats up there still. Nikki sighed and looked at Tom before pecking him on the cheek reassuring him of everything.

Tom shook his head. No we don't I've got all my travelling money that I don't need anymore, we will use that. He looked in to her eyes. And if anyone's getting a job, it will be me, not you. He instructed her.

Nikki looked at Tom. I'm sorry for kind or ruining your travelling plans. Nikki muttered looking at the floor. Baby's are expensive. Nikki randomly muttered as she looked back down at her stomach.
